Everybody likes roses. Maybe it's the smell and there is some pavlovian association with the look, but I think the look alone has an effect on us. Why would this be ? If you need to answer by suggesting why all flowers are attractive, go ahead.
Why are roses beautiful ? What is the evolutionary advantage ?
its all about perspective. we have grown up in our society and sicne we have been born we know that the rose symbolizes love and we belcier love is beautiful, hense we think a rose is beautiful. you can relate that theory to anyhting in this world. take somone who has never seen a rose before in there lives and show one to them. out of 10 people i can guarantee atleast one of them will say the rose is not beautiful. they have no had the social influence on them to believe that it is really beautiful.
beauty is in the eye of the beholder??? haha yes but were already molded into what we think is beautiful before we can even make our own free judgement of what we OURSELVES think beauty is. society has molded us
