I'm looking for some roses that I had many years ago and lost. I'm not sure of spelling or exact naming. I have heard of a site but don't know what it is. I'm looking mainly for minis, hybrid teas, and old roses from before 1900.
Where can I find a glossary or list of all known or named roses?

Reply:You might want to read the books such as "The Illustrated Encyclopedia of Roses" by Mary Moody, "American Rose Society Encyclopedia of Roses" by Charles Quest-Ritson, "Botanica's Roses: The Encyclopedia of Roses" by David Austin and many other books about roses.
