What is the best way to dry roses?

I recieved a dozen of roses from my love the first of feb. They are still alive! I want to dry them to have them forever. What is the best way to do this. Just tip them upside down?

Thank you!

Tie a pretty ribbon around the stems and hang them upside down in a low humidity room. When dried out, go to your local wholesale store or arts and crafts store where you will find sprays especially preserving (sp?) and shine. They're not expensive and you can use them for other tasks! Have fun!
Reply:Put them in a cool room where the humidity is quite low. Over a period of a day or so, they will dehydrate and get dried without getting damaged.
Reply:i found just hanging them upside down works and then once they are somewhat dry take one or even a few and sitck them between the pages of a heavy book like a dictionary or something. this way they stay protected and u can always have them
Reply:i to hang them upside down

to protect after drying i spray thme w/ hair spray to hold the petels on longer
Reply:put them in the dark to keep from fadung and good air circulatuin upside down to help keep shape
